FMW SHIP is pleased to announce a no-cost worksite wellness collaborative for employers located in Faribault, Martin and Watonwan Counties. By participating in this collaborative you will receive free training and presentations related to improving your worksite wellness program, including information on healthy eating at work, improving opportunities for employees to be physically active, ensure your worksite provides a supportive environment for breastfeeding moms, tobacco cessation and reducing stress. The collaborative will also offer the opportunity to network with other worksite wellness coordinators from around the area and receive free resources and ideas you can use to implement changes in your worksite.
